This might be the most "meta" technical problem I've had...I can't manage to log into the apple support forums. When I go to the forums and try to ask a question, it asks me to log in with my Apple ID, which I do. Then it asks me to create a username, despite me having already done so in the past. When I type in a username, it tells me there's already a user name for that account, and that an account can only have one username. What's going on here?
