Is there any software for Mac where I can use the pen tablet and use it as a notebook. For math notes and etc.

Yes, i wish it had a textbox tool also.

What kind of math are you doing? I was just thinking about Daum Equation Editor which is free in the Mac App Store. I can't think of anything that also has text input.
