iPod ipod classic - add movie file

I have an ipod classic. On a trip. Its not synced to my computer. Want to add a movie file to it. I have searched etc. Cannot get it to work. I can add the file but cant find it.

I can take a movie off my ipod classic add it to my mac but cannot for the life of me figure out how to add a movie to my classic and play it.

Does the file structure support this? I can do it on my iPhone just cant figure out the classic.

Any help appreciated. Its a newest version classic 160GB.

wow im a dork. This was so easy. Just manually manage the ipod. I tried that and was trying to drag stuff into the folders. In the itunes view i clicked on the column view and then just dragged it to the actual iPod icon! voila done.
