Wow. Talk about an irresponsible gun owner. You give all of us law abiding gun owners a bad name. You go on private property carrying a gun without the owner's permission, confront someone who may have stole your phone, and pull your gun on them. In the eyes of the law you are going to prison for a very long long time. The person you confronted was not a threat to you, until you decided to go on private property, armed and looking for a confrontation. It wouldn't matter if that person did steal your phone.
