Is there any other US carrier I can use my Sprint iphone 5 on? I'm sick of waiting for Sprint to light up their LTE network in my city-Las Vegas. If possible the carrier would have to provide 4G connectivity with my iPhone 5.

T-mobile would be a great option but everything I have read says the Sprint iPhone 5 is completely incompatible with their network. Are there any other options?

No, you cant use it on any other US carrier.
And none internationally either unless you ask for an unlock from Sprint.
And they can only unlock it for international use so you still wont be able to use it with anyone else in the US.

Yet another reason Sprint sucks.

Since Sprint "sucks" why did you buy an iPhone 5 from them in the first place?

1. I have 3 lines, 2 of which are nowhere near the end of the contract.
2. I have a very good plan with Sprint.
3. Unlimited data, though I often wonder if I even need this.

That said they really do suck in many ways.

Why sit there and wait with hopes and dreams of a potential better future?:D
Switch to carrier that has realiability and LTE speeds already like AT&T or Verizon.
Unless you enjoy the painfull Sprint network:D

Think about it all the time, I'm hung up on the unlimited data issue.

I hear you man but what good is unlimited data or a cheaper phone bill when you get ubearable data speeds and crappy service?
Its your choice and your money obviously but I wouldnt be able to tolerate it.

Agreed but how do you get around $800 in ETF's? Not to mention the additional cost of 3 new devices.

I would start off selling the devices used on those 3 lines.
Your sprint iphone 5 should get you $400-500 on its own.
Then hope the rest of the phones used are worth some money to make up for the rest of the ETF's so then its a little cheaper to break up your bad relationship with your carrier.:D
