Safari 6.0.2 Restoring Tabs after closing the browser-

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there used to be a button/check popup before closing the browser so it'll restore the tabs, but I must have unchecked it or I can't figure how to turn it back on.

I know I can go to the 'History' and down to 'Reopen Last Closed Window' but thats not exact thing. I also can't seem a check in the Safari Prefs in General.

Thoughts?
