Broken Screen 6th Gen iPod
Hey just a quick one,
I think I've stood on my iPod nano 6th gen and now the screen just flickers on and off looks like it may be cracked as you can see the colours running a little. I'm just wondering if you can pay Apple to replace this? It's around 10 months old. Thanks for any advice..

Depending on which country your from, the price varies.
If you're in the US, it costs $75 to repair a broken 6th Gen 16GB nano and they will give you a refurbished unit. In the UK, it'd cost about £80 with VAT. Whatever the price, you need to make a genius appointment and they quote you the price. On two separate occasions, I've been quoted lower and higher than the repair price guide online. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/service/prices/ |
