I just downloaded smc fan control. I find that letting the fan runs a t full speed cool down my air alot. However, is it advisable doing so?

its not going to kill it! One could argue that it will shorten the fan life as it is doing more cycles in its life, but one could also argue that by running higher, there is less acceleration loads on the bearings from speeding up and down. At the end of the day you can be lucky or not on how long your fans last anyway, I had to replace one in a MBP while the other is still fine many years later. If you can bear the noise and prefer it cooler, then run it that way. Should be easier on all the other components as a bonus. Fans are not hard or expensive to swap should it come to it.
