"Timer" function in iMovie 11

I am making a YouTube video and I need a timer function, does anybody know if iMovie has this or if not any ways I could add a timer to my video like by using picture in picture or something like that.

Nevermind I have decided to buy Final Cut Pro X, I no longer use iMovie
