Just a quick caveat - if you have your original files in MP3, chances are they are highly compressed. When going over to AAC, don't pick the usual 32 or whatever go to 64 to get better sound. Compressing an already compressed file does come with more distortion. Some will find it acceptable and some of us don't like what it does to the lows and highs of a good narrator's voice.
