For some reason, the spacebar in my MBA 11 inch is squeaky… its a bit annoying… does anyone know of a fix for this? I don't want to take this in to the Apple store unless I really have to… thanks ;)

You could always use some contact/electronics cleaner. It's usually a refrigerant base, and is safe for plastics and electronics. I have use it in the past to unstick power buttons, volume buttons, etc on mobile electronics and I am sure that the unibody Mac and its keyboard would be fine with it.
