Why do two pages print out on a one page Word Document?

Let's say I type a one page resume. OK. When I print it at home (but nowhere else), two pages come out.

The first page is the resume, or any one page word document I created.

But the second page comes out with some sort of stats which look like this:

Filename: resume
Directory: C:\Users\Owner\Documents
Template: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal .dotm
.
.
.
As of Last Complete Printing
Number of Pages: 1
Number or Words: 134
Number of Characters: 769

What the heck is this second page and how do I make it stop?

I assume you're running Office for the Mac:

Under Word-->Preferences,

click on "Print" and in the section titled "Include with document"

uncheck "Document Properties"

It's on a PC, but the menus are similar, and I found where I can turn the box off and on.

I have this same problem with the template printing out after I print a photo or document and I have windows 7 software and Microsoft Office word 2007. Can someone help me with this problem? Its making me waste alot of paper.

How do I delete this problem on my mom's word ?

Its wasting alot of paper whenever we print something. We have to get it fixed A.S.A.P.

I think there is nothing too much serious with problem. You just need to masde some changes in your word formate and troubleshooting to diagnose printer related problems by changing few settings.
