Which photoshop would u suggest using Mountain Lion (on new mac)
I've read you can use any version from CS3 and up...I'm currently using 7 on an old iMac G5, so I need to buy a new version for new Mac (shipping now).
What would you buy for basic art recolor and wide-format printing? I'm leaning towards buying CS3 via eBay. |

I had CS4 and had to upgrade it from a PC to Mac. No charge for format change but expensive for the upgrade. So I opted to get the monthly service fee of the creative cloud. If you have a previous version, it's not a bad deal. Plus you get all the software you can imagine and they get updated with the latest and greatest plugins. Plus, when CS7 comes out, you get that automatically. Find out how much it would cost to upgrade and then do the monthly math. I felt like it was well worth it to have the most up to date software possible.

CS6 is amazing, the best photoshop since CS3. I would never use anything else now.
