No it depends on who manufactured the screen. Common variances are common for screen warmths as almost all hardware companies like Apple source from various suppliers.

Jailbreak, install Color Profiles = Fixed

Yr lucky. Use the yellow tint for days in need of warmer moods, and blue tint to dial down an already excited days.
