I am assuming that you need it for the 2009 MP dual-processor upgrade. In that case, you need something with at least 2mm of thickness. Just do a search on eBay with "2mm thermal pad" and it would give you plenty choices. You probably need at least 10cm (or 100mm) in length, so a size of 100mm x 100mm x 2mm should be enough.
