Video File Database Management Software?

Just wondering if there is anything in terms of lightroom or aperture in regards to managing video files. I know lightroom does this but I'd like something a little more dedicated than that that offers some powerful organizing features. Also it has to support M2TS.

Is there anything like this for the Mac??
