Well the 27" Samsung monitors in portrait mode didn't last long, the novelty of having them upright wore off quick, as much as I was enjoying it for reading long pages of text. I ended up getting a new wider desk with a reception hob on top, so to utilise that properly I changed the monitors back to landscape mode, and added a third above the iMac itself dedicated to an Apple TV which I use to stream Plex (coming from my Drobo not pictured), music, NBA TV or WWE network while I'm working/playing so I don't have to give up one of the three screens (first world problem I know). The Samsung monitors have a 3.5mm audio port on the back of them, so I was able to run a cable to the Bose controller input so I can share the one speaker system. The other little black boxes under the iMac (asides from the ATV) are just a USB 3.0 hub and a Seagate USB drive for TM backups.
