Printer attached to a PC (Win 7), trying to print from my MBA, can't find the printer

I used to have this set up and ever since I re-installed Windows I can't remember how I did it.

Does someone here have a PC and MAC that has done this and can point me in the right direction?

I have Win 7 on my PC and Snow Leopard on my MAC

I got tired of needing to leave my desktop pc powered up just to print from my MacBook so I spent about $15 on a print server. Now the printer plugs into my router and every machine in the house can printout without hassle.
