China labor agent forged documents

This headline just came across Bloomberg. Can't find the story anywhere, just this headline:

I don't know how reputable this site is but the fact that Bloomberg ran with it gives some credibility.

They're more likely to be reporting it to an authority rather than publishing press releases/marketing pieces.
