itunes 11 "stay on top"???

Hi, folks, I've just upgraded to iTunes 11 and immediately felt something that bugs the hell out of me.

We usually have iTunes downloading and upgrading my apps in the background while I multitask on other things but now, it seems that everytime every single app finishes downloading the iTunes app will be brought to the foreground - now I'm upgrading 35 apps and it just jumped in my face 35 times ... and I had to stop what ever I was doing.

Can any of you kindly share any tip to get rid of this annoyance?

Mine keeps doing that every ten seconds or so.
