[iPad Mini] iPad Mini in Korea

My wife will be going to Korea for an extended business trip soon and wants to take an iPad Mini with her. What model will work in the country - Wi-Fi only, or Wi-Fi and Cellular? If Wi-Fi and Cellular, what carrier in Korea supports iPad?
