[Price Advice] 2011 Base 21.5 iMac

Someone is selling the 2011 base 21.5 iMac with AppleCare - through April 15th 2015 for $850 - I got him down to $800. We will meet locally to conduct sale - good deal? It is in perfect shape.

mac2sell - says 840 - seems low
