iTunes Match Not Working

whenever i open the music app on my iphone, itunes match no longer works. all the songs are "grayed out". i cant download, i cant select to play... i hav eno idea whats going on?

heres the strange part. whenever i log into wifi - it works! whenever im on the go and connected to LTE - it doesnt work!

what the heck??

never mind. i just discovered a new option to enable cellular data for itunes match.

is this new in iOS 6.0?
