What is/are Profile First Aid/Bad Profiles?
Hi,
New to mac and trying to learn about my MBA, and just happened to see the color sync utility on the dock. So I clicked on it and ran verify, since it was flashing at me (sorry, I'm just a consumer, lol), and this came up: Searching for profiles... Checking 22 profiles... /System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/Profiles/HD 709-A.icc Header message digest (MD5) is missing. /System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/Profiles/SD 170M-A.icc Header message digest (MD5) is missing. Verify done - found 2 bad profiles. Does this mean anything? It's a new/refurbished computer, so I was surprised to see that anything was missing or bad. Still in the two week return window, so thought I'd ask. Thank you! |

Same problem here with new 2012 Air. 10.8.2 Could someone please verify if this is something to be concerned with? Could it be HDD corruption?
