How can I set the rating for a track through the new remote app?

Well that sucks. entire reason I used it, so I could slowly rate my entire library while working from home and not in front of my computer.

Any way to downgrade the app to the previous version?

Or any third party apps that can rate and stream to my apple tv?

Yes it does!

I dont exactly want to get out the pitchforks, but isn't that a very integral part of the itunes experience, rating your tracks?

I use audiotap when away from my machine.
Great interface, and allows play count and ratings to transfer as if you were using your machine locally.
