iPad loses WiFi connection after restarting
I set up a friends new 3rd gen iPad yesterday and there was one issue...I was showing him how to turn off and then restart the iPad and noticed that when I did that it lost the WiFi connection, and I had to go back into Settings, WiFi and re-enter the wireless network password.
I thought it was a fluke but turned it off and on again, and the same thing happened. What could be the problem? I do not see a way to set the default network, and I have set up a few other iPads and have never had this problem. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Try this:
Forget the network then go to "other," enter the network name, then the password. |
