iTunes 11 - import settings
In Import Settings in iTunes preferences, I have selected to import using MP3 encoder at the Higher Quality (192 kbps) setting. But every time I actually import a CD up comes a dialog box (with those settings already selected) and I have to click OK to proceed. I don't remember having to do that in previous versions.
Is this now a feature of iTunes 11 that has to be lived with, or is there a way of making it import using my default settings without prompting for confirmation? Ian |

As far as I noted this only pops up if you won't let iTunes import the CD as soon as the CD is inserted. Probably because it signals that you might want to change your preferences for this CD.
It seems to not ask if you Alt-click on the Import button.
