Hey everyone. I have 3 email addresses because i got paranoid a few years back when my hotmail got hacked :)

I currently have my @hotmail.co.uk , @gmail.com and @me.com

I use my hotmail.co.uk for pretty much everything, and gmail.com very rarely.

I'm thinking as everything i use is mac (Macbook, Mac Mini, iPhone, iPad) It would be better to just use @me.com as my email. Nothing else at all. Then it's always synced perfectly over all my devices.

So. Does anyone have any feedback on making their apple email their default email for everything (Other websites login information etc).

Or have people found it's better to keep multiple email accounts rather than have everything in one email address, Or maybe @me.com is not even best choice for a default email?

Hope this all makes sense! Thanks for any help.

I use my @me.com address for friends and stuff. I have a hotmail account which I don't even have on any of my devices. I just check on it when I need to through a browser. I use this for shopping or when you have to fill out a form. This is where I get all my junk email, surprise surprise.

I have a @mac.com for my personal email address which I use with friends and family. I have a @gmail.com email address that I use for online shopping, websites, etc, and I have my work email address.

Since all accounts are either IMAP or Exchange, I have them set up on all my computers and devices and everything stays perfectly in sync.

Your best email option is have two email addresses (both from different providers and different user names). One is for PERSONAL and the other for online stores, etc. This is how most people should use email keeping one for online and one for PERSONAL (family, etc.).
