Hi there,
Apple Contacts is great at automatically putting parentheses around an area code, and dashes between the first three and last four digits of a phone number. But sometimes I want to add an extension to a phone number. And Contacts won't let me do this.
If I add an extension, Contacts enters the whole number as one long series of numbers; no parentheses, no dashes... which I find annoying.
Can I fix this in Preferences somewhere (I've checkedit doesn't look like I can), or is there some other way of making Contacts a little more 'user-friendly'?
thanks,
malch
