iTunes 11.0.2 (26)

Hi there,

Ever since upgrading to iTunes 11.0.2 (26) my iMac (20", 2008, 2.66Ghz, 4GB Ram) is suffering iTunes stalls, beachballs and crashes. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it worth giving my iTunes a fresh install?

Pretty frustrating. I wondered whether it was an issue or I'm just being quite unlucky.

Works quite smoothly (if you don't own a extremly large library). If nothing else helps, you could probably delete iTunes and make a clean install.

You just need to get rid of the iTunes application, not your library. Enter the following into the Terminal application:

sudo rm -rf /Applications/iTunes.app/
