Hey everyone. I have a 2-3 year old classic. Im having an issue that randomly started a few days ago.
Every 2 minutes on the dot, the screen on the device turns off and the music pauses. If I click any of the buttons it wakes up and starts playing. I haven't made any adjustments to the device, and do not see anywhere on the device where there is a sleep mode that would be causing this.
I have tried setting the backlight to always on and I went into diagnostic mode - everything checks out ok - the wheel, all buttons, hold on/off, headphone jack, etc all test fine. I also did a reset to the device's settings.
Any ideas?
