I am experiencing a few odd problems with iTunes 11 when trying to manually add albums. The previous version was happy enough adding tracks on a drag and drop basis but I have discovered that iTunes 11 seems to be terribly fussy when using this process. It frequently refuses to add tracks into the library and I have to resort to using the 'Add to library...' command from the 'File' option on the menu bar. This can also take several attempts before the tracks are added and occasionally results in a crash.
Is anyone else seeing problems like this?
I'm running a fairly large iTunes 11 library on a relatively new 2TB external drive connected to a mid 2007 iMac with 4GB RAM. Also running the latest version of ML - OSX 10.8.2.
