Wondered if anyone has any feedback on wear and tear on the headphone jack of new nano if you keep unplugging the earpods.Would you get more longevity from keeping the earpods always plugged into nano and just wrap the pods wire around the device for storage or could this put more stress on the jack?

iPod Keep earpods plugged into Nano all the time?

^ Agreed. That headphone jack will last longer than you intend to use the iPod. On the other hand, the headphones are liable to be damaged by wrapping them, as many headphones suffer a weak point right at the base of the plug, which bends when you wrap them if you aren't careful.
