iPhone 4S iTunes sync problem

please help

i sold my iphone 4 and bought second hand iphone 4s today, it have lot of apps. i already have so many apps, video and mp3 in my pc's itune, can i transfer all apps, video and all other items from to iphone 4s with out wipe phones apps bought by someone.

I want replace new iPhone apps and all details to old my own backup

You didn't pay for the apps, so you can't sync them back to your computer. It's pretty simple.

First go to iTunes menu EDIT > PREFERENCES > DEVICES tab, check the box 'prevent iPod, iPhone or iPad from syncing automatically'.
Connect your iPhone to your computer. Go menu FILE > TRANSFER PURCHASES FROM IPHONE

After transfer, you may start your Sync and see if it resolves the issue.
