iBook author.

Hi
New to Macs and the apps but like the look of iBook Author.
Quick question - do you have to have iPhoto to be able to upload your pictures into this app. I downloaded Googles picasa for photos, which seems ok but I've not found a way to get photos from there into iBook author.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Neil.

I don't know anything about picasa, but I would bet that if you export your image from picasa to your iMac desktop, iBooks Author should be able to get it from there.
