I downloaded the spreadsheet and it says the Bronx, where I live, is affected. But my area code is not listed as a place they can't deliver to. The only place I see that got really messed up in the Bronx is City Island and the area code for there is listed. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

My mini just moved to Newark, NJ, shipping to Upper West Side NY. It still says delivery date of tomorrow by 3pm. Looks like everything is good to go.

UPS just tried to deliver my Smart Cover to Teaneck, NJ and my mini just arrived in Newark, so. I have a high degree of confidence that I'll gt it tomorrow. Don't know if I'll be able to set it up without wifi, since I don't have power, but I think I'll get it

Mine departed newark last night also, but i called fed ex, and they said my local fed ex station has no power, so i probably wont be getting it today. I said if it had no power, how come it left newark. She has no idea, and cant tell me where it is

I got an EMail from Apple telling me that Fedex can not get into my area for delivery today but will keep me informed when they have more info.

I live in Rockland County where parts of the county had tree damage and there are still a lot of people with no power.

We have power and had no damage where I live but I guess others did not fare too well.

Fedex showed that it left Newark airport last night but that was the last posting.

I did see a fedex truck this morning at the local strip mall but who knows.

People have larger problems then mine and another couple days is not going to make a big difference

I live in the Fordham area and up until a few minutes ago, the last tracking update was that it arrived at the Newark station in NJ on 11/1 at 9am. I just refreshed the tracking page and it now shows as being on a truck and "Out for Delivery". Maybe check your tracking info again - it might have updated.

Though it seems to be making its way through my building at the moment, FedEx is showing mine was delivered to my office in Midtown (52nd/6th). Good thing too, because I'm heading back to Los Angeles on Sunday and was taking a chance on it getting here in time.

Angry No UPS Delivery

Ordered my iPad Mini at 3:01 AM the day you could (EST).
Still have yet to receive delivery at 08840 zip
UPS lied to me for 2 days and never replied back as they promised with status which has not changed since iPad sitting in UPS Center in Edison NJ and then told me there was a special Apple Order Department who then told me it was on truck for delivery Saturday (10/2). Never got it. Called and they say Monday as they are closed. Status has remained unchanged as to "weather related delay" with no updates or changes or notifications or anything but lies. I am not in the affected zip codes posted on UPS site relating to delivery issues from storm. Big problem I have is my neighbor got theirs and another got theirs both from same UPS distribution Center and I am upset. Upset about the lies. I know ther was a National Emergency but the point is why everyone else gets theirs and not me? I want something from Apple or UPS other than "we are sorry". This is not the first time something like this from UPS or FedEx or Apple. It may sound like I'm whining but what makes any entity think they can lie or get away with things without recourse? I'd be out of business if I behaved like the Big Boys.

Thumbs down More Lies from UPS

Tried to contact UPS's "Specialized Apple Group", was told they were non-existent (they lied to me and transferred me to this "group"), and that it was on the truck for delivery (Saturday 11/3), but as you can see below, more lies.

After 1-1/2 hours on phone with Apple, at first all they told me was they would "investigate" the issue!!

I insisted on an immediate replacement, which I will pickup in the Menlo Park NJ store in the morning.

Just sharing my story.

Edison, NJ, United States 11/05/2012 7:39 P.M. Emergency conditions beyond UPS' control.

11/05/2012 3:55 A.M. Out For Delivery
Edison, NJ, United States 11/02/2012 10:00 A.M. Adverse weather conditions.

11/02/2012 2:06 A.M. Arrival Scan
Secaucus, NJ, United States 11/02/2012 1:19 A.M. Departure Scan

Newark, NJ, United States 11/01/2012 9:58 P.M. Departure Scan
11/01/2012 5:30 P.M. Arrival Scan
