Oh well…
I googled a lot of feature requests and complaints starting from 2007, when nVidia first implemented that "feature".

Seems like there is no way to make nVidia GPU to scale using nearest-neighbour interpolation instead of bilinear/bicubic/whatever it uses now.

The only solution is this
