Multiple instances of the same app in "Open With" dialog

Whenever I update my apps, an extra instance of the app seems to appear when I go to the Open With dialog in OS X 10.8.2. I've updated Fission a few times and Spotify, and each time, a new one appears. Does anyone know how I could remove the extra ones?

Yeah, sorry. I see a lot of thread where people call that Fusion thing in Macs (SSD and HDD combines as one volume) fission, thus my fission reactor got set off and I totally ignored the Fission entry. Must be one of those days like every day, where I only read half the thread title, especially fruitiful with "He" titles, or that is what I remember.
