3GB hard drive installation in 2007 iMac

Hello,

Can someone provide comment if the following hard drive can be successfully installed in a late 2007 aluminium iMac 20" 2.0 ghz C2D and all 3.0 GB can be seen in OS X Mountain Lion?

Not that this is very helpful but that's 3TB, not 3GB.
