Options for securing files
I'm wondering if there are any low or no cost options, other than an encrypted disc image?
That's what I've been using, but I'd like an option where I wouldn't have to set the size before hand- something that can grow as I add more large files. Thanks

You can do that with an encrypted sparse image in Disk Utility. It operates very much the same as the encrypted disc image process you are using now, only it expands as more files are added to to it. Sounds like exactly what you are looking for.

I can't recommend TrueCrypt enough.
