Confirmed SSD & memory upgrade parts?

I am buying my mini today and plan on upgrading to 16GB ram and an SSD with a dual drive kit.

Can anyone help me my sharing which memory module & SSD part numbers are compatible so I can get these ordered as well?

It would be a really big help. I am converting to a 100% MAC user. Any help is truly appreciated!

Any SATA 3 2.5" SSD will work just fine. For the RAM, again any brand will do as long as it's 1600Mhz 204pin SODIMM.
