Not likely since the new GTX780 chip draws considerably more power than GTX680. A GTX780 would have to be underclocked quite a bit more than the GTX680 chip because of thermal issues, thus loosing more of its original desktop performance. We might get a 780M card or something, but the performance gain is going to be pretty small IMO. Again, the iMac will not see a big improvement in graphics performance until the Maxwell architecture sometime next year.

i think the 780M is the only who can somehow to create some nice experience with retina iMac 4K. i think with 680mx will be the same lag like was in the first generation of retina macbook
