I am having an issue or at least I think I'm having an issue and I'm thinking about restoring it as a new phone. If I do this and have all apps backed up in iTunes will it transfer all app data back?
The issue I think I'm having is it seems my battery is acting funky. It's draining faster then usual and today I had 87% battery and did a reset where I push home/power button and when it came back up it had 91% battery. Any thoughts?

Hope this helps ya out: http://www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html

And a tip would be to drain your iPhone battery all the way down from 100% to 0%. That recalibrates your battery percentage and battery.
