How to "RESET" password on APP Store after 3 failed attempts?

My parents just called me and they were attempting to update some of their apps on their iPhone 4. After 3 attempts using their password, they got locked out. One of their password, I realized, required them to use a Cap letter, which they did not (they typed in all lower case).

Anyway, I've never had this issue, but what do you do to reset the password so that the APP Store will allow access to app updates? Thanks!!!
