Will not save to Camera Roll

My new iPhone 5 will not save images selected from Facebook, emails etc to the Camera Roll. I don't have any restrictions selected so not sure what is going on

Are you sure you don't have any restrictions on? Check Settings>Privacy>Photos. Is Facebook on?

Yes every thing is OFF
