I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with IT just to get the email activated. I got elevated to the senior blackberry expert who couldn't figure out why it wasn't working either. It finally started working for no reason whatsoever.

I was given a 4S about a year ago. They pay for the service too. So it's not bad carrying it around. But I don't like the feeling of being on call 24/7 but my bosses don't really abuse it.
