I am a newbie and am about to set up a blog. No doubt the technology is getting easier and less complex and I am looking for an interesting and simple platform. My objective is to blog - nothing else. I have two questions:
1) Has anyone used Scriptogr.am? It seems to be a straightforward service for blogging and one's content is stored in dropbox, but looking around the forum I did not find much about it, so I thought I would ask.
2) I also have investigated a few editors that I would use. Is TextEdit and saving my content according to the preferences shown below be an ok approach?
