Would like to know if an Apple Cinema Display 30" would works on a nVidia GeForce GT 120 with 512 MB Graphic Card?

Yes. I used this card with a 30" ACD on my old MP without any problems.

Not only will it work fine, but you can use either port (though with the Mini DisplayPort, you need the Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI adapter).
