7th Jan - Do Not Disturb now working!
Just tested a scheduled timing on my iphone 4 and low and behold the 7th January has miraculously repaired the DND function!

I just tested it myself and the DND is working as it should be

i had to turn the 'scheduled' button off then back on...and seems good...
