[iPad] Will iPad 5 charge iPhone 5S

What if you could lay your iPhone 5S on your iPad 5 and have it charge wirelessly and automatically?

Unless they make the iPad bigger (for a bigger battery) that would never happen, it would also require a redesign of a lot of stuff so your iPhone would be much heavier too. Pointless.

Wireless charging is not very efficient, so you would run your ipad's battery down a lot more than you think. That being said, I'd like Palm Pre style wireless charging. Until then I just carry an external battery pack in my bag and charge my phone from that.

The iPad 5 will come with a generator adapter and be able to power your whole house during a power outage.
